Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window:

1.1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Requests for cancellation made after this 24-hour window may not be accepted.

2. Cancellation Process:

2.1. To initiate an order cancellation, please contact us at info@finity-case.com. Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

3. Refund:

3.1. If your order is cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window and payment has been made, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Custom Orders:

4.1. Please note that custom orders, personalized cases, or orders with special requests may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after the order has been placed. This is due to the unique nature of these orders and the production process involved.

5. Late Cancellation Gift Card:

5.1. If a cancellation is requested after the 24-hour cancellation window, only a gift card equivalent to the order amount will be issued. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our webshop.

6. Non-Compliance:

6.1. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in the cancellation request being denied.

7. Order Modifications:

7.1. If you wish to make modifications to your order, please contact us at info@finity-case.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of production your order is in.
