1. Return of products

1.1. You have the right within 14 days of receiving your order to cancel the purchase and return the product. This period begins on the day of receipt of the order.

1.2. To initiate a return, please notify us at info@finity-case.com. Please include your name, order number and reason for return.

1.3. The product must be in unused and original condition and returned in its original packaging. Any accessories, manuals and other included items must also be returned.

1.4. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of its receipt.

2.2. If the product is received in good condition, we will proceed to refund the full purchase price.

2.3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

2.4. Please note that the processing time of refunds may vary depending on the payment method used.

3. Exceptions

3.1. The right to return does not apply to products that have been personalized or customized, unless there are manufacturing defects.

3.2 We reserve the right to decline a return request if the reason provided is not deemed valid. This is because we individually and manually create each case for every iPhone model.
